We want you to be fully satisfied with your VALLON gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Whether you need a different fit for the slopes or a different style for the trails, our process is designed to get you back outdoors as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initialize Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
